In 2007, Acura was contracted to deliver commercial and marketing services to the property developer BMJ International, owner of several substantial commercial properties including Vantage Point Business Village located in Gloucestershire, and Vantage Point Business Park in South Wales.       

 

Acura played a key role in the identification, commercial and contractural negotiations, and final delivery of a number of high quality tenants for both new build and refurbished space.

25,000 sq.ft. (2320 sq.m.)  South Wales.  Main emergency control room and administration centre at Cwmbran, with £2m fit-out/refurbishment programme to existing office space.

Teledyne Group

33,000 sq.ft. (3,066 sq.m.) Gloucestershire.  New build high quality industrial unit with offices for the specialist manufacture of underwater oil exploration equipment.

London & General Insurance Offices

30,000 sq.ft. of refurbished high quality office space with a dedicated server room at Vantage Point Business Village, for more than two hundred London & General staff.  

Xerox UK

47,000 sq.ft. (4,366 sq.m.) Gloucestershire. Refurbished existing building providing high quality office and process space.

CKS Group

57,000 sq.ft. ( 5,300 sq.m.) Gloucestershire.  New build industrial building with 10,000 sq.ft. of high quality office space.  Headquarters building with precious metal recovery facility for electronic devices.
